If your blog is about Dogs, then don’t use something unrelated like your name in the title unless you also have the word Dog in there also. Using the keywords in the Title, then you’ll rank higher than if you name it Johns Blog.

Your next move is to put your keywords in your Post’s title. If you’re trying to get blog readers to come to your post about ebay to to make a living online, then your post title should have those keywords in it. Forget about using non relevant titles like How I Make Money With Auctions. Doing this prevents the search engine bots from figuring out what your post is about and you won’t attract the right kind of traffic.
